Chicken Wrap

This recipe is one that I learned from my dear mom in law, however, have made my very own few adjustments.

This is amazing for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Also, it is an astonishing tiffin idea for your dedicated spouse, darling kids, and possibly yourself. My darling husband is always the happiest when I pack this for him 🙂

Being both nutritious and tasty at the same time, this can be made in minutes. Barely takes time! Plus, it fills and satisfies the stomach- every single time! This is additionally my go-to simple recipe on the days I’m really lazy.

If you’ve got a fussy toddler who doesn’t like his or her veggies and eggs, this is another great way to get them to eat their daily portion.

INGREDIENTS

2-3 tortillas wraping

500 gms Boneless Chicken pieces

1 onion finely chopped

1/2 capsicum finely chopped

1 tomato finely chopped

Lettuce leaves (optional)

5-6 tbsp Flavored mayonnaise

1/2 cup shredded cheese

Red chili flakes and oregano for seasoning

Note: 

*You can use leftover chicken pieces/ hardboiled eggs/ omelet.

*Other vegetables can be added for more nutrition and flavor.

*Do not add too much mayonnaise as it could make the tortilla soggy.

*You can use unflavoured mayonnaise but flavored mayonnaise tastes better.

Method: 

Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper and fry with some butter and keep aside.

Place the tortilla wrap on a flat surface. Spread mayonnaise and place lettuce leaves.

Spread seasoned veggies and chicken.

Add cheese and some more mayonnaise and season with oregano and red chili flakes.

Wrap the tortillas and fry off in a grilling pan with some butter till golden brown and crunchy.wrap 2
