Pancakes are a weekly thing in our house now. Amelia, my 3-year-old absolutely loves pancakes. I do too but I never found the perfect recipe. After experimenting for more than a year now, I think I finally found the one. And I danced with joy looking at how the pancake turned out- Fluffy and yummy!
These pancakes have been a part of our celebrations and have been comfort food during hard times. We love ours with lots of Nutella, bananas, and strawberries. You can top them up with anything you like or even add some choco chips into the batter.
