Cornflakes Chicken

Well, well, well, who doesn’t love fried stuff? If only it was healthy, I’d eat something fried every single day! πŸ˜„

The Cornflakes Chicken is a family favorite and is something my mum would make very often, still does! Although there are many versions of it, we absolutely love this one! πŸ˜‹

πˆππ†π‘π„πƒπˆπ„ππ“π’:

1 kg Chicken with or without bone.Β 

1 Tbsp Soya sauce.Β 

1/4 tsp Red chili Powder.

1/4 tsp Pepper powder.Β 

Salt to taste.Β 

1/2 tbsp Cornflour.Β 

1 tbsp All-purpose flour.Β 

Crushed cornflakes for coating

Breadcrumbs for coating

πŒπ„π“π‡πŽπƒ:

Make the batter with the above ingredients except for cornflakes and breadcrumbs. If it is very thick, add little water. Marinate chicken.

Dip marinated chicken with crushed cornflakes and breadcrumbs mixture.

Deep fry on medium flame and serve hot with a yummy garlic mayo,hot sauce or anything else that you like πŸ˜‹Β
